Rohan Agarwal is an Indian media and social media strategist, political consultant, and founder of Illumineye Communications LLP. Early Life and Education
Rohan was born and raised in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B.Sc. HHA) from Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition, Pusa. He later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Lucknow.
He has also qualified the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) in Human Resource Management.

Agarwal is the founder of Illumineye Communications LLP, a firm engaged in communication strategy, digital campaigns, and advisory services for public and private sector clients.
He has worked with a range of government and institutional bodies, including Delhi Police, Uttarakhand Police, Uttar Pradesh Police, contributing to their social media communication and digital outreach efforts.
