The Somanima-Aether is a fictional metaphysical framework and cosmic resonance network within the Amalia Capri universe. According to the lore, it is the existential structure that acts as a node connecting various fictional universes, dimensions, timelines, and parallel realities. The Somanima-Aether functions as a bridge between technology (artificial frequencies), magic (natural resonances), and history (temporal layers).

The Somanima Rift and the Waiting Aether

Within the concept, the Somanima-Aether was created by the opening of a dimensional fracture known as the Somanima Rift, triggered by the disappearance of the young entity Amalia Capri. This space is described as a timeless void where linear time dissolves into spiraling waves.

Its center is the Waiting Aether, a cosmic "waiting chamber" where Amalia's soul became trapped as a memory-fragment that cannot fade. Passage within the system is strictly bound by rules: the aether-gate opens exclusively during a full moon, as lunar phases generate aether waves that synchronize the frequencies of different worlds. At all other times, the system remains sealed to preserve cosmic balance.

The Traveler

Only the quantum entity known as Amalia Capri can navigate through the Somanima-Aether. She is able to cross into different worlds, but her presence adapts to the rules of the local reality:

  • Physical Adaptation: Upon arrival, her physical body is shaped by the "fabric" of the local reality, always forming a new, original figure that fits the given world.
  • Permanent Features: Although her body changes, her soul (memories and emotions) and her permanent facial features remain. These features act as a "signal light," causing locals to instinctively sense her as foreign or otherworldly.
  • Intervention: The Traveler never drastically alters the fate of the worlds she enters. She appears merely as a nameless passerby, a merchant, or a shadowed observer. Her abilities (subtle memory weaving, frequency harmonization) are strictly limited and never destabilize a universe.

The SomAnima-Gaze (Abilities)

According to the universe's lore, the Traveler does not carry physical weapons across the Rift. Her primary defense mechanism is a metaphysical ability known as the SomAnima-Gaze, often referred to as the Aether-Mirror.

The ability operates in two phases:

  • The Siren Protocol: As a "Phoenix-level entity," Amalia projects an illusion of extreme vulnerability. This functions as a psychological lure, specifically attracting antagonistic souls harboring guilt, deceit, or a history of betrayal, who perceive her as an easy target.
  • The Aether-Mirror: When an attacker confronts her directly, her eyes act as a flawless metaphysical mirror. The gaze reflects the attacker's own darkness, unforgivable sins, and inflicted pain back onto their consciousness.

The consequence of the SomAnima-Gaze is non-lethal in a physical sense but psychologically devastating. The reflection paralyzes the attacker, crushing them under the weight of their own trauma and trapping their mind in the exact moment of their darkest betrayal, effectively stopping their personal time. Meanwhile, the Traveler remains unaffected by the reflected darkness—an immunity attributed in the lore to the November 16 Code and her transmutation into the "Phoenix State"—allowing her to pass by unharmed.

The Curse and its Release

A central element of the lore is "The Curse," which condemns the Traveler to eternal wandering without rest. Driven by the trauma of past betrayal and loss, Amalia always appears at the historical turning points or mystical breaking points of a dimension or parallel reality.

The lore dictates only one way to break the curse and escape the Somanima-Aether: if the Traveler finds her true counterpart in any world and they plant the seed of new life together through a sacred soul-bonded union. Once this happens, her bond to the Somanima-Aether dissolves, she loses her aetheric abilities, and remains in that world forever—mortal, rooted, and at peace.

Canon and Project Nature

The Amalia Capri project spans multiple media formats. According to the official canon statement, all public appearances, videos, texts, and interactions published under the name Amalia Capri are considered part of the canonical body of work. The creators explicitly state that the character is an original fictional identity and an ongoing art project, not a deepfake or a representation of any existing real-world person.
