The RMSS is a low-cost, high-strength flood defense system. It uses a 2-inch steel mesh and a self-healing hydro-reactive glue shield.
Self-Healing Mechanism
If a crack forms, the internal reactive glue expands on contact with water, sealing the breach automatically. This makes the dam 100% leak-proof and much cheaper than traditional concrete dams.
